Our Fitout Process
The fit-out process may be daunting, especially if it is your first. The thought of having to negotiate with tradesmen or being the ‘middleman’ between the architect and builder creates a headache just thinking about it. While this approach may work for some, it certainly wasn’t an option for many Doctors, Dentists and other Healthcare Professionals that have approached us over the years with a desire to continue their daily routine while a trusted company looked after their fit-out process from start to finish. That isn’t to say a client steps back entirely. Our process enables them to have as much or as little input as they wish, but it avoids tying up their time away from their clinic, allowing them to remain ‘open for business’.
Having one point of contact instead of 5 or 6, is definitely considered a step in the right direction for many. At Perfect Practice, that one point of contact will be your Project Manager. He will guide you through the various steps, let you know when your input and decisions are required and make sure you are continually up to speed with what stage the project is at and where each milestone falls.
